It actually felt great to get dirty! There ring toss was probably my favourite. Anthony was a great host even if were were ten minutes late lol. He got through with giggles and patience! The South African Bear guided us threw archery and was great with the group providing more laughter. He was a great teacher!! Our last activity was Axe throwing. This was a great therapy season and lot harder that it looks!! Jay has the patience of saint!! It was great to get muddy and active in the fresh air! "e booked this for our fitness loving hen and 17 hens. It was a lovely sunny day luckily and we had a good fun day out. It was such good cardio as well we are all still aching 3 days later! The staff were really friendly and helpful and kept the day in fun spirits. The hen also got a free bottle of cider after which was good and we all got a free choc bar/drink if we posted on social media. The toilets were clean, free tea and coffee for us, good tunes blasting out to pump us up and there were food options but we walked 5 mins to the local Maccies! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
